Prices displayed on the Website are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable indirect taxes unless stated otherwise. Pelantra reserves the right to update pricing at any time. The price applicable to a confirmed order is the price displayed at the time the order was placed.

Pelantra ships Products within Indonesia using a designated logistics partner. Estimated delivery windows are communicated at checkout and in the order confirmation email. These windows are indicative and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Risk of loss and title to Products pass to the customer upon handover to the logistics carrier. Pelantra is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the logistics carrier after handover, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
If a shipment is returned to Pelantra as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Pelantra will contact the customer to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
For customers requesting export or international shipment, availability and compliance with destination-country import regulations are the sole responsibility of the customer. Due to the nature of nutritional food-supplement products, Pelantra does not accept returns of opened or partially consumed Products unless the Product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
For sealed, unopened Products, a return may be requested within 14 days of delivery. The Product must be returned in its original packaging and in undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error in fulfilment.
